Ashley is attentive, energetic and eager to support your needs in training. She has listened and amended my workouts in the past for just what I've needed. She's pushed me when I needed it and helped me feel stronger and more confident. My sessions began with her right after the lockdown when I was feeling my most out of shape and vulnerable. Ashley did not judge, but was there to help me go from the very basics to sessions with heavier weights and plyometrics that make me feel like a warrior! Would highly recommend her for her engagement and enthusiasm.
